سياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية - شركة الجيل الأخضر
Green Generation Company, a Saudi company based in Riyadh, specializing in providing smart and sustainable technical solutions in the agricultural and livestock fields, welcomes you to its online store. Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store's services via the web through this electronic platform.

Any person's use of the store, whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise, constitutes an express acceptance and approval by them, with their full legal and statutory capacity, of all articles and provisions of this agreement, and is a confirmation and commitment by them to what is stated therein.

This agreement is considered valid and effective as soon as you agree to it and start registering or actually using the Green Generation Company online store, based on Article 10 of the Electronic Transactions Law applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
شركة الجيل الأخضر، شركة سعودية مقرها مدينة الرياض، متخصصة في تقديم حلول تقنية ذكية ومستدامة في المجالين الزراعي والحيواني، ترحب بكم في متجرها الإلكتروني، وتبلغكم بأنكم سوف تجدون أدناه الشروط والأحكام المُنظّمة لاستخدامكم لهذا المتجر وكافة الآثار القانونية التي تنتج عن استخدامكم لخدمات المتجر عبر الشبكة العنكبوتية من خلال هذه المنصة الإلكترونية.

ويُعد استخدام أي شخص للمتجر سواء كان مستهلكاً لخدمة أو منتج أو غير ذلك، قبولاً وموافقة صريحة منه بكامل أهليته الشرعية والنظامية والقانونية على كافة مواد وأحكام هذه الاتفاقية، وهو تأكيد والتزام منه بما ورد فيها.

وتُعتبر هذه الاتفاقية سارية ونافذة بمجرد قيامكم بالموافقة عليها والبدء في التسجيل أو الاستخدام الفعلي لمتجر شركة الجيل الأخضر الإلكتروني، وذلك استنادًا إلى المادة العاشرة من نظام التعاملات الإلكترونية المعمول به في المملكة العربية السعودية.
Article 1: Introduction and Definitions
المادة الأولى: المقدمة والتعريفات
The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the basic definitions:
  1. (The Store): Green Generation Company's online store in all its forms, whether a website, an electronic application, or a physical commercial store.
  2. (The Consumer): Any natural or legal person dealing with the Green Generation Company online store for the purpose of purchasing products or benefiting from the services provided through it.
  3. (The Agreement): Means the terms and conditions of this policy, which govern the contractual and legal relationship between Green Generation Company and the Consumer.
يُعتبر التمهيد أعلاه جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الاتفاقية، كما تجدون أدناه التعريفات الأساسية:
  1. (المتجر): متجر شركة الجيل الأخضر الإلكتروني بجميع أشكاله، سواء موقع إلكتروني، تطبيق إلكتروني، أو محل تجاري فعلي.
  2. (المستهلك): كل شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يتعامل مع متجر شركة الجيل الأخضر الإلكتروني بغرض شراء المنتجات أو الاستفادة من الخدمات المقدمة من خلاله.
  3. (الاتفاقية): تعني شروط وأحكام هذه السياسة التي تحكم العلاقة التعاقدية والقانونية بين شركة الجيل الأخضر والمستهلك.
Article 2: Consumer Legal Capacity
المادة الثانية: أهلية المستهلك القانونية
  1. The Consumer acknowledges that they have full legal and statutory capacity to deal with the Green Generation Company online store and that they are at least 18 years old.
  2. The Consumer agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear full legal responsibility before third parties and before Green Generation Company.
  1. يقر المستهلك بأنه يتمتع بكامل الأهلية الشرعية والنظامية للتعامل مع متجر شركة الجيل الأخضر الإلكتروني، وأن عمره لا يقل عن 18 عاماً.
  2. يوافق المستهلك بأنه في حال مخالفته لهذه المادة، فإنه يتحمّل كامل المسؤولية القانونية أمام الغير وأمام شركة الجيل الأخضر.
Article 3: Nature of Green Generation's Obligation
المادة الثالثة: طبيعة التزام شركة الجيل الأخضر
  1. Green Generation Company is committed to providing the products or services displayed in the store to consumers according to what is available on the platform.
  2. Green Generation Company may provide additional services such as after-sales services or technical support, depending on the nature of the products and services provided.
  1. تلتزم شركة الجيل الأخضر بتوفير المنتجات أو الخدمات المعروضة في المتجر للمستهلكين وفقاً لما هو متاح في المنصة.
  2. قد تقدم شركة الجيل الأخضر خدمات إضافية كخدمات ما بعد البيع أو الدعم الفني، وذلك وفقاً لطبيعة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة.
Article 4: Controls for Using the Store
المادة الرابعة: ضوابط استخدام متجر شركة الجيل الأخضر
  1. The Consumer is committed to using the Green Generation Company electronic platform in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and public morals.
  2. The Consumer is committed not to use any product or service provided by Green Generation Company in any act that violates regulations or public morals.
  1. يلتزم المستهلك باستخدام منصة شركة الجيل الأخضر الإلكترونية بما يتوافق مع القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية والآداب العامة.
  2. يلتزم المستهلك بعدم استخدام أي منتج أو خدمة مقدمة من شركة الجيل الأخضر في أي تصرف مخالف للأنظمة أو الآداب العامة.
Article 5: Accounts and Registration Obligations
المادة الخامسة: الحسابات والتزامات التسجيل
Upon applying for membership in the Green Generation Company online store, the Consumer is committed to the following:
  1. Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, and immediately notifying Green Generation Company of any unauthorized use of their account.
  2. The Consumer bears full responsibility for all activities that occur through their account.
  3. Committing to use their own account only and not allowing any other person to use it; allowing this is considered express authorization by the Consumer.
  4. Disclosing correct, accurate, current, and complete information upon registration and updating it if any changes occur.
  5. Green Generation Company is committed to treating Consumer information with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  6. Green Generation Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership or account of any Consumer who violates these terms and conditions.
فور التقدم بطلب الانضمام إلى عضوية متجر شركة الجيل الأخضر الإلكتروني، يكون المستهلك ملتزماً بما يلي:
  1. المحافظة على سرية معلومات الحساب وكلمة المرور الخاصة به، وإبلاغ شركة الجيل الأخضر فوراً بأي استخدام غير مفوض به لحسابه.
  2. يتحمل المستهلك كامل المسؤولية عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه.
  3. الالتزام باستخدام الحساب الخاص به فقط وعدم السماح لأي شخص آخر باستخدامه، ويُعتبر السماح بذلك تفويضاً صريحاً من المستهلك.
  4. الإفصاح عن معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة وحديثة وكاملة عند التسجيل وتحديثها عند حدوث أي تغيير.
  5. تلتزم شركة الجيل الأخضر بالتعامل مع معلومات المستهلك بسرية تامة وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
  6. تحتفظ شركة الجيل الأخضر بالحق في إيقاف أو إلغاء عضوية أو حساب أي مستهلك يخالف هذه الشروط والأحكام.
Article 6: Electronic Communications
المادة السادسة: الاتصالات الإلكترونية ووسائل التواصل الرسمية
  1. The Consumer agrees that all communications between them and Green Generation Company via the email registered in the store are considered approved official communications.
  2. All electronic notices and correspondence stand in place of their written counterparts and are considered legally binding.
  3. Green Generation Company has the right to communicate with the Consumer through general or specific messages as needed.
  1. يوافق المستهلك على أن جميع الاتصالات التي تتم بينه وبين شركة الجيل الأخضر عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في المتجر تُعتبر اتصالات رسمية معتمدة.
  2. جميع الإشعارات والمراسلات الإلكترونية تقوم مقام مثيلاتها المكتوبة وتُعتبر ملزمة قانونياً.
  3. يحق لشركة الجيل الأخضر التواصل مع المستهلك من خلال رسائل عامة أو مخصصة وفقاً للحاجة.
Article 7: Amendments to the Agreement and Fees
المادة السابعة: التعديلات على اتفاقية الاستخدام والرسوم
  1. Green Generation Company reserves the right to amend any clause of this agreement at any time according to business requirements.
  2. The Consumer's continued use of the store after amendments constitutes implicit acceptance thereof.
  3. Green Generation Company has the right to impose additional fees on some products or services in accordance with applicable regulations.
  4. All fees are subject to increase or decrease based on company policy and applicable regulations.
  1. تحتفظ شركة الجيل الأخضر بحق تعديل أي بند من بنود هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت وفق مقتضيات العمل.
  2. استمرار استخدام المستهلك للمتجر بعد التعديلات يُعتبر قبولاً ضمنياً بها.
  3. يحق لشركة الجيل الأخضر فرض رسوم إضافية على بعض المنتجات أو الخدمات وفقاً للأنظمة السارية.
  4. جميع الرسوم قابلة للزيادة أو التخفيض بناءً على سياسة الشركة والأنظمة المعمول بها.
Article 8: Payment Services
المادة الثامنة: خدمات الدفع والسداد
  1. Green Generation Company provides secure electronic payment systems in cooperation with its approved partners.
  2. The Store is committed to setting product and service prices according to recognized market value.
  3. The Company is committed to issuing official invoices and receipt vouchers for all purchases.
  4. The Company is committed to accounting and financial handling in accordance with approved regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  1. توفر شركة الجيل الأخضر أنظمة دفع إلكترونية آمنة بالتعاون مع شركائها المعتمدين.
  2. يلتزم المتجر بتحديد أسعار المنتجات والخدمات وفق القيمة السوقية المتعارف عليها.
  3. تلتزم الشركة بإصدار فواتير وسندات قبض رسمية لجميع عمليات الشراء.
  4. تلتزم الشركة بالتعامل المحاسبي والمالي وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
المادة التاسعة: الملكية الفكرية
  1. All intellectual property rights of the Green Generation Company store, including the trade name, logo, content, and designs, are reserved for the Company and may not be used without prior permission.
  2. The Consumer is committed not to infringe on any of the Company's intellectual property rights.
  1. جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية لمتجر شركة الجيل الأخضر بما في ذلك الاسم التجاري والشعار والمحتوى والتصاميم محفوظة للشركة ولا يجوز استخدامها بدون إذن مسبق.
  2. يلتزم المستهلك بعدم انتهاك أي من حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بالشركة.
Article 10: Responsibility of Green Generation
المادة العاشرة: مسؤولية شركة الجيل الأخضر
  1. Green Generation Company is committed to conducting its commercial activities in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.
  2. The Company bears no responsibility for any damages arising from misuse of products or negligence by the Consumer or any third party, such as shipping companies.
  3. Green Generation Company guarantees that the products provided are valid for use and compliant with regulations.
  1. تلتزم شركة الجيل الأخضر بممارسة أنشطتها التجارية وفق الأنظمة السعودية السارية.
  2. لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار تنشأ عن سوء استخدام المنتجات أو الإهمال من قبل المستهلك أو أي طرف ثالث مثل شركات الشحن.
  3. تضمن شركة الجيل الأخضر أن المنتجات المقدمة صالحة للاستخدام ومطابقة للأنظمة.
Article 11: Restriction of Membership or Use
المادة الحادية عشر: تقييد العضوية أو الاستخدام
Green Generation Company has the right to cancel or suspend the membership or account of any Consumer at any time without prior notice if they violate any of the terms of this agreement.
يحق لشركة الجيل الأخضر إلغاء أو تعليق عضوية أو حساب أي مستهلك في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق في حال مخالفته لأي من بنود هذه الاتفاقية.
Article 12: Applicable Law
المادة الثانية عشر: القانون الواجب التطبيق
This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising between the parties shall be subject to judicial jurisdiction within the Kingdom.
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع ينشأ بين الطرفين يخضع للاختصاص القضائي داخل المملكة.
Article 13: General Provisions
المادة الثالثة عشر: أحكام عامة
  1. The Arabic language is the approved language for interpreting and implementing this agreement.
  2. Prices and promotional offers are subject to change at any time according to Company policy.
  3. This agreement is subject to amendment and update as needed by Green Generation Company, and any amendment becomes effective upon its publication on the online store.
  4. This agreement is not canceled except by an official decision from the management of Green Generation Company.

Last Policy Update: April 12, 2025.
  1. اللغة العربية هي اللغة المعتمدة لتفسير وتنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.
  2. الأسعار والعروض الترويجية قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت وفق سياسة الشركة.
  3. هذه الاتفاقية قابلة للتعديل والتحديث حسب حاجة شركة الجيل الأخضر، وأي تعديل يُصبح سارياً بمجرد نشره على المتجر الإلكتروني.
  4. لا تُلغى هذه الاتفاقية إلا بموجب قرار رسمي من إدارة شركة الجيل الأخضر.
