Exchange and Return Policy – Green Generation Company

Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to request a replacement or return of the product provided by the store within seven working days following the date of product receipt. The consumer is not entitled to claim this after the lapse of this period.

To accept a return or exchange request, the product must be in its original condition as received, unused, unopened, and no benefit must have been derived from it, with the integrity of the external packaging and accessories maintained.

The store has the right to conduct a technical inspection of the returned product before accepting the exchange or return request to ensure compliance with safety conditions. If misuse or damage caused by the consumer is found, the store has the right to reject the request.

The consumer bears all operational costs and shipping fees resulting from the exchange or return process if the reason for the request is the consumer's personal desire.

In cases of international exchange or return, the consumer bears the full costs of international shipping, customs duties (if any), and coordinating the product delivery to the contracted shipping company.

As an exception to the above, Green Generation Company bears all costs if a manufacturing defect is proven in the product, or if the consumer receives a product different from their order (shipping error), and they will be compensated according to the law.

Pursuant to applicable regulations, the consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases:

• If the product was manufactured or modified based on a special request by the consumer or specifications they determined (excluding defective items).
• If the product consists of software, CDs, DVDs, or videotapes that have been unsealed or used.
• If the product falls under the category of books, newspapers, magazines, publications, or any paper works.
• If a defect or damage appears in the product due to the consumer's poor possession or negligence in following operating instructions.
• If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
• If the product is a software download via the internet (digital products) that has been activated or downloaded.

In the event that the return request is accepted, the amount will be refunded to the consumer via the same original payment method or via bank transfer to the consumer's account, within the specified statutory period after inspecting the product and accepting its receipt in the company's warehouses.
